Welcome to Bootle FC, Matty Fenton!

Bootle Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Matty Fenton from Leek Town.

Fenton, an integral part of 1874 Northwich's success last season, joined Leek Town in the summer, in a bid to play Northern Premier League football.

Described as a 'leader at the back' and a traditional centre back, Fenton made 45 appearances in the heart of 1874's defence last season - keeping 14 clean sheets and contributing to 14 goal contributions, as well as being the club captain.

We are delighted to welcome Matty to Bootle FC, and he is available for selection for tomorrow afternoon's home fixture against Sporting Khalsa.
