Lewis Earl departs

Everyone at Bootle Football Club would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Lewis Earl following his departure from the Bucks, after accepting an opportunity to step up to a club in the league above.

Lewis first joined the club on loan from Chester during the 2023/24 season, making an immediate impression before moving on to Marine, and then Bury. He returned to the Berry Street Garage Stadium half way through the 2024/25 season and in the 2025/26 season went on to produce his most consistent campaign to date, featuring in every game and proving to be a reliable and important part of the squad.

In total, Lewis made 73 appearances for the club, scoring 4 goals. His consistency last season in particular highlighted his development and importance to the team.

We thank Lewis for all of his efforts across both spells with the club and wish him every success as he takes the next step in his career. He will always be welcome at the Bucks.
