Bootle manager Joe Doran admitted he was proud of his players after they produced a stunning victory over Glossop North End.
The Bucks ran out 3-1 winners. A win which ended Glossop's 22 game unbeaten run.
Doran speaking afterwards said. "Tonight's win is a really good win, as they (Glossop) are a difficult side to play against."
Doran was also delighted with his sides second half performance. He said: "I'm really proud of the players they were great, I was also really impressed with our second half performance. It shows the lads still have the desire to do well at this point in the season."
"We weathered a storm for a part of game, but after that we played really well. We could of easily won 5-1, with the chances we created and had." added Doran.
Who will now switch his focus to his sides next game away at Wigan Robin Park, next Tuesday.
